Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition and you must meet the following conditions:

  • Item is returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Item is in its original packaging with all tags attached
  • Item is unworn, unaltered, and unused
  • Item is not a final sale or clearance item

 

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@paximastore.shop with your order number and reason for return. We will respond to your request within 1–2 business days with instructions on how to proceed.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility conditions. If approved, a refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method through Shopify Payments. Please note that bank processing times may vary, and it may take a few extra days for the refund to appear in your account.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@paximastore.shop and we will look into the matter further.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact our support team at support@paximastore.shop and we will guide you through the exchange process.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. For orders over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item is delivered safely. Please keep a record of your tracking number, as we cannot be responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
